At AWUK, we recognise that many women sometimes experience particularly difficult situations and may not know where to turn for support. And these experiences can be even more difficult to navigate within industries that are often contract-based, such as Animation and VFX.
With that in mind, we thought it might be helpful to share these resources for any of our members who find themselves in need of support.

The Film & TV Charity offer the following:

The SPOT tool that helps you to anonymously record your experiences and thoughts. Each record remains completely confidential within the system, only accessible to you.
https://filmtvcharity.org.uk/Rights of Women is a charity that provides free confidential legal advice and information to women on the law in England and Wales with a specific focus on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). We also campaign for access to justice and safety for all women.

They provide free and impartial advice to employers, employees and their representatives on employment rights.
